Scheduled to be the largest retail mall in this north-western district of Warsaw, the development is a two-level sub-regional supermarket-anchored mall with predominantly covered parking.
The mall draws on the district's long association with aviation, principally balloons and, in the pre-war era, long-distance air races. It recalls the optimism and hope that came with late 1920s modernism and the lure of the movies, using rounded corners, black and silver to evoke the architecture of the period
The interiors provide a playful backdrop to solid commercial principles, using air and balloon flights as the primary theme for graphic and customer interfaces.
Scope: Commerical & Retail Concept
Size: 34,000sqm GLA
