Intended as the re-purposing of a disused 700sqm restaurant unit adjacent to the food court, this concept bridged the gap between food court and food hall, with six fixed kiosks dressed as stationary food trucks in an urban park environment. Intended as a showcase for local food concepts, the ambition was to provide a complimentary offer to the more institutionalised food court
