Commercial planning for an outlet park on the south-western side of Warsaw, which would have been the first truly open-air outlet in Poland. Planned to distribute parking as extensively as possible and encourage highly dispersed footfall, the scheme facilitated the incorporation of leisure facilities and a spa hotel
